LOOKING at it agian, that one with the primer showing might take 3 coats. fill it and squeegee it off let it dry a couple days, then do it agian. try and keep the film thickness down to a minimum each time so it will harden good.

Thanks…I blocked them all down at lunch today, the rest of the car will get blocked in a few weeks…the amount of surrounding paint I am taking off is minimal, and I have to sand all the panels down to remove orange peel anyway….I think I have enough paint….most of the areas I am working on got painted several solid coats, had defects, got wet sanded and painted a few coats again….so decent coverage to work with….I used a block about the size of a 50 cent piece light touch…
It’s a low of 27, high of 50 ish here…so it looks like any more touch up will wait a bit….I pushed the last batch…it was not as cold…..but cured ok…
